Privacy Policy

What is a cookie?

The Compta-facile website puts cookies in place. These are text files in alphanumeric format deposited on your terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, …), by the server of the visited site or by one or more third-party servers when viewing a content or an advertisement online.

These files can only be read by their issuer. They allow him, throughout its period of validity, to recognize the relevant terminal each time it accesses digital content containing cookies from the same issuer.

How Do We Manage Cookies?

These cookies have different functions and Compta-easy uses four kinds:
Internal technical cookies necessary for the operation of the site,
Cookies measuring audience and statistics,
Advertising cookies,

The regulation requires Compta-easy to inform its visitors and to allow them to accept or refuse the deposit of these cookies. For this, a banner appears on the page of the site consulted during a first visit. Two possibilities are then offered to the reader: accept cookies (in this case, the banner does not appear for a period of one month) or refuse them (the user is then redirected to a page presenting the procedure to follow to refuse cookies). If he accepts them and wishes to reuse them later, he will have the option to reconsider his choice following the methodology presented below. Otherwise, he will have to choose to reactivate the cookies in his browser and then reconnect to the Compta-easy site.

1. Internal Technical Cookies Necessary For The Functioning Of The Site

These functional cookies are necessary for navigation on our site. They improve your comfort: adapt the presentation of the site to the display preferences of your terminal (the language used, display resolution), remember passwords and other information related to a form that you filled on the site.

For example, if you post a comment on our site, you will be asked to save your name, your e-mail address and your website in cookies.

They also contribute to the security of the Compta-easy site and are, as such, essential to its proper functioning. This is the case of cookies deposited by the Askimet application or by the SecuPress extension.

These cookies cannot be deactivated or set, otherwise you will not be able to access the site and/or certain services on the site.

Comfort cookies expire after 12 months and suppress cookies between 30 minutes and 1 year.

2. Audience Measurement And Statistics Cookies

Audience measurement cookies are issued by Compta-facile or by its technical service providers for the purpose of measuring the audience of the different content and headings (number of visits, number of pages viewed, number of pages per visit, visitors’ activity on the site and their bounce rate), to evaluate them and to better organize them. They can also detect navigation problems and thus improve the ergonomics of our services.

We use the “Google Analytics” audience measurement tool, which implements cookies. The list of cookies used by Google Analytics is presented here:
